Blog News: A brand new meme here at Chrissie’s Corner!
Last week I started up a brand new meme called ‘Radiant Reviews’. It is basically a place where you can link up reviews of books that you have really enjoyed reading and then everybody who takes part can visit the reviews and hopefully find great new books to read and new blogs to follow!!! ‘Radiant Reviews’ will take place every Thursday and you can find more information about it here. If you can, please do come along on Thursday to take part! It was a lot of fun last week but it would be great to have even more people take part this week :)

I gave up on this book because I started it four weeks ago on the night before my baby boy was born and as it is a ebook that I need to read on my computer, I just have not been able to get back to reading any more of it. My time on the computer is very limited at the moment and as it is I can no longer remember what happened in the bit that I have read. However, I can remember that I did enjoy the first couple of chapters so I do hope to return to it soon.

Hmmm, why did I give up on this one? Don’t get me wrong; I didn’t dislike this book. I was a few chapters in and I still wasn’t gripped by it and there are just a lot of books on my shelf that I wanted to read a lot more than I did this one. So, I think I will put this one to the side for a time when I am more in the mood for it. Sorry Katie MacAlister fans!
